If you upgrade your workspace to the Team Pro, you will be charged on a per member basis. For example, if you pay monthly and have 5 members, you will be charged $2 a month per member or $10 each month.
Yes! We offer both monthly and annual billing options. The annual billing option is always cheaper. For example, Team pro is $2 per member per month when you choose the monthly option, but $1.67 per member per month if you choose to pay yearly.
Whether you're on a monthly or annual billing schedule, your account may be charged on a more frequent basis if you make certain changes. If you added members, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time each member was added. If you removed members, your account will be credited towards your next billing cycle.
Your Matter Workspace will continue to renew it’s subscription until cancellation. When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled.
If payment fails, such as an expired credit card, your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 4 times within the next month. After this, if the payment did not succeed, you will be downgraded to the free plan.
You can change your payment method at any time in your Stripe customer portal, which can be accessed through the Payment Info settings. This settings tab will appear in the Workspace Admin Settings upon upgrading.
Yes! You can use the same email address to create and join multiple team workspaces on Matter. However, each one of these workspaces is on its own plan and needs to be upgraded individually
